UNBROKEN

What if your pain doesn’t mean your body is broken?

You’ve done the treatments. The exercises. Maybe the scans, medications, or specialist appointments.

And yet the pain keeps coming back.

UNBROKEN offers another way to understand what may be happening — and a practical path toward feeling better, moving more confidently, and trusting your body again.

Learn how pain can like a misfiring alarm, how you can calm the pain signal, and how you can begin getting more of your life back.

What if your pain doesn’t mean your body is broken?

You start by avoiding certain movements.

You think twice about activities you used to do without thinking.

You become more careful, more watchful, and more focused on feelings in your body.

Over time, it can become harder to trust yourself.

UNBROKEN begins with a different possibility: your pain is real, but it may not mean your body is damaged and needs fixing.

Sometimes the nervous system becomes very good at protection.

And what has been learned can also begin to change.

This book is for you if...

You’ve tried a lot, but you still feel stuck.

You want an explanation that makes sense without dismissing what you feel.

You’ve become cautious or uncertain about your body.

You want to move, exercise, travel, work, or play with more confidence.

You’re tired of chasing the next fix.

You want a clearer way to understand pain and what may actually help.

Dr. Adam Bletsoe

Why I wrote UNBROKEN

After more than twenty years in practice — and through my own experience with persistent pain — I came to understand that sometimes the physical body is only part of the story.

Pain can change how you move, what you believe, what you avoid, and how much you trust yourself.

I wrote UNBROKEN to help people understand pain without fear, shame, or pressure — and to offer a practical way forward.

You are not broken.

Your body is not the enemy.

And there may be more possibility than you think.
