You are your awareness, your consciousness. Like a giant sprawling and beautiful ocean.
Your thoughts simply dance and float around within your awareness.
Sometimes, we can accidentally get stuck in one of those bubbles and we forget that we are as vast and grand and beautiful like the ocean we are.
When you get stuck in that bubble, your emotions respond to that threat over and over. Soon they tell your body there’s a constant and persistent threat and the symptoms begin.
Living as the bubble when you are really the ocean is hurtful and doesn’t recognize your greatness.
