Our past experiences naturally creates stories and expectations of how the world is.

Mindfulness allows opportunity to see the world through a different lens. Meditation improves function of the frontal lobe of the brain allowing us to investigate the present moment with greater objectivity.

Simultaneously, the emotional memories related to our present circumstances reduces through mindfulness training.
