Sustainable is the right amount

Often when you’re endeavouring to bring a new action into your life, we can struggle with the gap between Ideal and Next Step.

  • It’s ideal to meditate 20 minutes a day, but 10 minutes works.
  • Experts recommend 120 minutes of exercise a week, but 10 minutes a day feels more doable right now.
  • Cutting out all sugar is the best option for weight loss, but that seems too extreme at the moment.

Of course there’s an ideal, there always is.

But before that’s a reality, there were always the steps it takes to get there.
