Many Small Changes = Big Results

Our efforts can get lost in a world where we’re always seeing big bold action creating even bigger results.

We’ve learned to look for the biggest sledgehammer to fix our problems in one painless strike.

Truth is, every big result is the culmination of many tiny, coordinated steps over time.

Call to mind a time from your past where you accomplished a big result. Recall some of the small changes you made to get there.

Noticing it wasn’t a single action, but many changes strung together. More like a tack hammer than a sledgehammer.

Applying that to our own lives can be freeing.

Maintain that small change over time, combine it with other small changes aimed at the same goal and their results will multiply into one big result.

Consider a big result you would like in your life. What’s a small sustainable change you are ready and able to take?
