“Death by many cuts.”   That’s the way that many small and seemingly unimportant stresses can add up to eventually weaken and fatigue your nervous system finally leaving you vulnerable to injury, illness and disease.

Don’t discount all the little stressors.  Care for each and everyone of them, or eliminate them to minimize their costs. For those that you can’t get rid of because they’re important, how are you caring for yourself.  Because don’t forget, you’re the one who has to carry it on your shoulders.
