The cry of the junior hockey coach that I overheard this past weekend.
A motivating phrase for a pile of 6 year old hockey players, to me, felt like a universal truth of life, activity and vocation.
Upright head and neck posture encourages easy breathing, good upper body mobility and maximum strength.
As well, it’s a body hack that tells the brain you’re confident, strong and capable. Something we may welcome more of in parts of our lives.
