Has your pendulum swung too far?

When someone’s “pendulum has swung too far”, it often means they’ve over corrected or compensated from and opposing, but also ineffective, belief or behaviour.

It’s a common response when we make a change in a strongly charged situation.

Often being on either side of the pendulum swing is extreme and often comes with their own problems.

Baring the outliers, what if the place of peace is somewhere in the middle?
