Workshops, Training and Keynotes

— For Groups, Businesses, Schools and Charities —

Programs are delivered in an easy to access, open and non-judgemental way.  The programs are trauma-informed… in other words, they are delivered in a sensitive and inclusive manner that allows individuals of all types of experiences to participate comfortably and grow.

Each program is customized to meet your groups’ needs.

Participants will develop a basic, introductory understanding of how our amazing brains and bodies interact with life and what the outcomes  can be – health, sickness, behaviour, learning and performance.

By showing how the mind, heart and body can be connected through mindfulness and meditation they will learn skills for a better experience day-to-day and more positive outcomes.

What Participants are Saying…

“What we did in tonight’s class was something I have been wanting to do for so long and some of the extra content was an added pleasant surprise! The framework is great. I honestly can’t thank you enough for holding a space we can come to for continued healing, learning, and growth.  You have such a non-judgemental approach which makes for such a welcoming environment.”  Lorena

“My grade 7 students benefited greatly from our mindfulness workshop.  They now understand how and why certain life-events cause them anxiety and became equipped with skills to support them as they through the stresses of adolescence. I know my middle-school students got something out of it when they are asking for more in-class meditation.”   S.A.

“This workshop was fantastic!  It helped me and my teaching colleagues to understand the science behind mindfulness and why we should use it to support our students’ well-being.  The approach was engaging and informative.  We were tuned in and wanting to learn more.  We can’t wait to have another session!”   J.L  – Mental Health Lead Teacher, TDSB
